Thank You for unforgettable “Kochsternstunden 2025”!

What a journey! Over five weeks, 45 restaurants competed in this year’s 15th Kochsternstunden – and we at the ElbUferei were thrilled to be part of it once again.

Our six-course gourmet menu, crafted by Head Chef David Schöbel and his talented team, celebrated young, local cuisine with bold flavours and creative twists – from cured salmon trout with wild herbs to tender spring chicken and a refreshing apple sorbet with lovage and horseradish.

We’re incredibly grateful for all the wonderful guests, the amazing feedback and the inspiring conversations. For us, Kochsternstunden is more than a competition – it’s a celebration of hospitality, passion and culinary craftsmanship.
